Cancellation Policy
  • How does a buyer place an order?
    Registered buyers will get daily price updates for their preferred products through our Whatsapp Business chat and can order any of the products by simply replying on the chat. Our team will confirm your order within minutes and get your products ready for dispatch.
  • I am an individual, can I buy from Proqurr?
    No, Proqurr is a B2B marketplace, therefore, you need a GST number to buy from us.
  • What is the minimum order quantity?
    The minimum order quantity for sourcing from Proqurr is 3 MT.
  • What are the payment terms for buyers?
    Buyers are expected to pay for their order as soon as it is delivered to their facility.
  • What are the payment modes available to the buyer?
    We accept multiple modes of payment. You can pay us using NEFT/RTGS/Online.
  • Is there a discount for advance payment?
    Yes, you get a 10 paise per kg discount for making an advance payment.
  • What if the product received is different than the product ordered?
    Our quality check team ensures that every order is delivered as per its specifications, however, even after our checks if you receive a product with wrong specifications then we offer free return and refund.
  • What is Proqurr’s return and refund policy?
    Proqurr will initiate a free return and refund for you only if there is a difference in the product quality or specifications, then. Any return request must be raised within 48 hours of order delivery for our team to investigate.
  • What if the buyer changed his/her mind after confirming an order? Can they return the goods?
    Buyers can cancel their order free of cost before the goods are dispatched. However, buyers cannot cancel their order after the goods have been dispatched and will be liable to pay entire amount of the order.
  • What if some of the products received by the buyer are damaged or missing?
    If any product is missing or damaged on delivery, we will offer free of cost return and refund or reimburse the buyer for the costs of the damaged or missing goods.
  • What if the delivery is delayed?
    Our logistics team ensures smooth and timely delivery of each order; however, some elements are out of our control. Unforeseen circumstances may lead to unavoidable delays, but our team will work to minimize such delays.
  • Can a buyer track his/her order?
    The buyer will be given regular updates regarding your order delivery status through our Whatsapp chat.
  • How does Proqurr ensure that every buyer gets the lowest rates for his/her requirements?
    Proqurr has a pan-India network of polymer suppliers and uses in-house technology to compare several quotes and provide you with the best possible price.
  • Will the buyer have to arrange for the transportation of the order?
    No, Proqurr provides end-to-end polymer procurement solutions. We arrange that goods are delivered to the buyer’s doorstep.
  • Will the buyer have to pay for the transportation?
    Transportation cost (Freight cost) will depend on every buyer's location and required quantity. Freight will be confirmed with the buyer and included in the final billing price.
  • Can the buyer negotiate?
    No, Proqurr provides you the best possible rates, hence, there is no scope for negotiation.
  • Can a buyer order different types of goods in a single order?
    Yes, any buyer can add as many products as they want in a single order
  • Who is responsible for unloading the shipment?
    The buyer is responsible for getting the goods unloaded from the transport vehicle in a safe and timely manner.
  • I am an individual, can I supply to Proqurr?
    No, Proqurr is a B2B marketplace, therefore, you need a GST number to supply to us.
  • I do not have the goods in stock, can I still supply on Proqurr?
    Once a buyer places for your goods with us, we will ask for your order confirmation. Once the order is confirmed by you, the goods must be kept in a condition ready to be picked up at any time.
  • Who is responsible to pack the shipment?
    The supplier is responsible to pack the shipment as per industry accepted packing standards.
  • Who is responsible to load the shipment?
    The supplier is responsible to get the goods loaded on the transport vehicle in a safe and timely manner.
  • Who is responsible if the goods are damaged during transit?
    All deliveries made by Proqurr are covered under Transit Insurance. Neither the buyer nor the seller are responsible if the goods are damaged during the transit.
  • Will the supplier have to arrange for the transportation of the goods?
    No, Proqurr provides end-to-end polymer procurement solutions. We arrange for the goods to be picked up from the supplier.
  • Will the supplier have to pay for the transportation?
    No, the supplier will not have to pay for the transportation and should only quote prices to Proqurr on an ex-works (or ex-location) basis.
  • How does a supplier offer a quote?
    Upon registration suppliers will get a unique link with a quote uploading form. The suppliers can use the link to upload or change a quote for any product at any time. Moreover, the suppliers can simply message their quotes to us on our Whatsapp chat as well.
  • How can a supplier change the price of a product?
    Upon registration suppliers will get a unique link with a quote uploading form. The suppliers can use the link to upload or change a quote for any product at any time. Moreover, the suppliers can simply message their quotes to us on our Whatsapp chat as well.
  • What if the supplier changes his/her mind after receiving an order?
    After an order is received, we send an immediate to the supplier asking for his/her order confirmation. If the supplier confirms the order then he/she cannot change the order after this.
  • What is the minimum supply quantity?
    The minimum quantity when supplying to Proqurr is 5 MT.
  • Q What are the payment terms for suppliers?
    Suppliers will be paid by Proqurr before the goods are picked up from their facility.
  • Is there a limit on the number of goods I can supply to Proqurr?
    No, you can supply as many products as you want.
  • How much time do I have to pack the products for transportation?
    After the order has been confirmed by you, the goods can be picked up any time within the next 24 hours.
  • What if a buyer refuses a shipment for any reason?
    If a buyer refuses a shipment for reasons such as damaged goods or difference in the product quality/specifications then the supplier will be required to accept the faulty goods and initiate a refund to Proqurr.
  • Will Proqurr negotiate for the price?
    No, the price you provide to us will be considered final and no subsequent negotiation will take place.
